That's called the blur tool, it's hazy all over. She spot heals and then blurs to remove blemishes. Then she spot heals again with a lighting filter to make everything glow and look hazy... Stop being such a skeptic. x_x She's not that skilled with photoshop to know how to use the liquify and thin herself out. Her editing is really basic.

K well for the sake of ending a pointless argument. She doesn't modify her body in anyway. She's a troubled girl who doesn't eat much more than a bologna sandwich a day.
